It all depends on your needs
The rooftop bar offers breathtaking views and great ambiance! The staff was incredibly amiable, making our stay memorable.
Room noise was bothersome due to proximity to the restaurant. sometimes it felt like conversations were right next to us.

The stay in the junior suite was a delight with its beautiful terrace offering breathtaking views. A highlight was the outstanding bar, perfect for watching sunset, and the delectable freshly baked pastries that made mornings special. However, the sound insulation could have been better. noise from adjacent rooms slightly disrupted the tranquility. Additionally, while the décor is stunning, some areas felt a bit cramped, especially around the pool. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions.

I appreciated the beautiful décor and the spacious Master Suite with Two Double Beds, which made for a comfortable stay. However, the room service phone didn't work, requiring me to walk to the restaurant to order meals, which was inconvenient. For a better experience, a functioning room service option would be beneficial.

The location was perfect for exploring the historical city center, just a short walk to local attractions like the University of Guanajuato and the Alley of the Kiss. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, featuring a lovely terrace that offered stunning views of the city. I particularly enjoyed the saltwater pool for a refreshing dip in the morning. However, service could be improved, as the reception staff seemed more focused on their phones than on assisting guests.

Rooftop bar offers stunning city views.
The reception staff was inattentive, often distracted by their phones or conversations. I experienced an uncomfortable moment when I entered with a wet umbrella, and the receptionist ignored my question about where to put it. It made me feel unwelcome, and it seemed like the hotel missed an opportunity to promote their amenities.
